Cuba has approved nearly 200 free-market reforms in a historic bid to revive its crisis-hit economy. Addressing the National Assembly, Prime Minister Manuel Marrero unveiled 176 measures aimed at reducing the state's role in key sectors and attracting investment in banking, tourism, and agriculture.
