A Pakistani influencer shared a video on her Instagram account dressed in South Indian attire, which has since gone viral and gained over four million views.

The Lahore-based content creator, Roma Arif, shared an Instagram reel of her wearing a traditional South Indian saree and blouse, along with jhumas, bindi, and braided hair with flowers. She used a trending Instagram reel song for the background music as she showed off her traditional outfit.

"When you are obsessed with Tamil look," she wrote in the caption of her post.

Arif has over 126,000 followers on Instagram and gained popularity through her reels. Many people reacted to the video posted by her.

"She's definitely a Tamil girl," a user said.

"She is making me obsessed too over Tamil culture," another user commented.

The reel was also shared on X, where a user commented, "Pakistanis are now cosplaying as south Indians."

Arif also shared a video of her singing a popular Tamil song sung by Sai Abhyankkar and Sai Smriti on Instagram. While the video gained over 131,000 views, many users commented that her voice didn't suit the song.

"Great control over your voice. But your voice didn't suit that song," a user commented.

Another user showed support, "You're so good at everything."

Recently, a video of a woman from East Africa's Djibouti went viral on social media in which she was dancing to a Coke Studio India song. The video was recorded at her Korean friend's wedding where she performed to surprise her friend.

"Why on Hindi song? Because it is the only type of music that gives the confidence to dance in front of that many people!" she wrote in the caption shared with the video on her Instagram account.
