Spears was just 17 when she started dating Timberlake after they met on the Disney show The Mickey Mouse Club in 1999. They were together until 2002. She had revealed that she underwent an abortion because Timberlake was not ready to be a father.&nbsp;<br />

Writing about the abortion in her book, Spears said: "If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn't want to be a father."<br />
<br />
The pregnancy "was a surprise, but for me, it wasn't a tragedy," she wrote, adding she had wanted to start a family with Timberlake but it was just earlier than expected.<br />

Spears went on to have two children -- Sean Preston, 18, and Jayden James, 17 -- with her first husband and dancer Kevin Federline.</p>

<p>Britney Spears has revealed on Instagram that she had burned down her home gym completely back in 2020. The singer shared a photo on Instagram of the gym in the aftermath of a fire which showed charred gym equipment lying at her Los Angeles mansion.&nbsp;<br />

“Reflecting back remembering when I burnt the gym down in 2020,” she captioned as she shared the photograph with her followers.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In the photo, gym equipment like weights, dumbbells and kettlebells are all covered with dust and completely burned.<br />

The singer also shared how the fire was a complete accident and was started by her. “Yes …. I burnt it down. I walked past the door to the gym and flames, BOOM !!!!!!” she said in April 2020.<br />

“By the Grace of God the alarm went off after that and yippy hoorah nobody got hurt. Unfortunately, now I have only two pieces of equipment left lol and a one-sided mirror gym!!!!!”</p>

<p>“But it could be much worse so I’m grateful. Pssss I like working out better outside anyways!!!!” she added.</p>

<p>Britney Spears’ memoir is turning out to be a hit. The long-awaited memoir, <em>The Woman in Me </em>has sold 1.1 million copies in its first week across print, pre-sales, e-books and audiobooks in the United States. The book was released on October 24 and was in the news for days before it came out.&nbsp;</p>

<p><em>The Woman in Me</em> details Britney Spears’ life, her conservatorship days, her relationship with her father and other family members, her equation with the several exes in her life and much more.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to the book’s publisher, Gallery Books (a division of Simon and Schuster), Spears was quoted saying: “I poured my heart and soul into my memoir, and I am grateful to my fans and readers around the world for their unwavering support.”</p>

<p>The publisher also said it has gone back to press for a fourth printing of the book, bringing the total number of hardcover copies in print to more than 1.4 million. These sales figures represent the high demand to hear the singer’s side of the much-publicised story.</p>

<p>Among other platforms, on Amazon.com, <em>The Woman in Me</em> was the No. 1 book on its list of most read and sold non-fiction titles before Matthew Perry’s memoir <em>Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing </em>took the spot following his death on October 28.</p>

<p>The memoir is 275 pages long and was also released as an audiobook that is narrated by actress Michelle Williams. The book featured several revelations that touched on Britney Spears’ career, family, conservatorship and personal relationships with various men. <p>Police enquired about Britney Spears' well-being on Wednesday after the pop star shared a video of herself dancing with knives. The video, shared on Instagram, had Spears twirling around at her California home holding two large knives while wearing a crop top and bikini bottoms.&nbsp;<br />

According to a report on Fox News, the video prompted concern, and the Ventura County Sheriff's Department conducted a welfare check on the singer.&nbsp;<br />

Once the sheriff's department established from two independent sources Spears was not in any danger physically or emotionally, officials felt comfortable enough to clear the call without incident.<br />

The video was first flagged by a member of the LAPD Smart Team, which deals with mental health calls.&nbsp;<br />
