Meanwhile, Australia's Travis Head was penalised 15% of his match fee for violating Level 1 of the ICC Code of Conduct.

Head was judged to have violated Article 2.3 of the International Cricket Council's Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, which deals with "use of an audible obscenity during an International Match."

In&nbsp;addition,&nbsp;one&nbsp;demerit&nbsp;point&nbsp;has&nbsp;been&nbsp;added&nbsp;to&nbsp;Head's&nbsp;disciplinary&nbsp;record,&nbsp;as&nbsp;this&nbsp;was&nbsp;his&nbsp;first&nbsp;offence&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;24-month&nbsp;period.

The Barmy Army took to Twitter to share the picture of the photograph signed by Hazlewood and captioned the post - "Josh Hazlewood just signed this on the boundary, we knew it".
