India crush Bangladesh in record-breaking Kanpur Test, netizens react

India won the Kanpur Test against Bangladesh on day five despite rain playing spoilsport for over two days. India’s ultra-aggressive approach helped them win the match and sweep the series, strengthening their position at the top of the WTC points table. While the batters impressed one and all with their go-for-the-kill attitude, the bowlers garnered equal appreciation for delivering per the plan.

Bangladesh batted first after rain halted play on day one, with only 35 overs bowled. After the rain almost played its part in denting India’s chances of losing a point in the WTC Final race, the match resumed on the fourth day. Bangladesh batter Mominul Haque scored a brilliant hundred, but the side got all out on 233.
