Nitish Kumar Reddy ruled out of Test series?
According to the prominent cricket website ESPNcricinfo, Reddy has suffered a knee injury while training in the gym on Sunday. It was later revealed that Reddy has suffered ligament damage, which could all but end his involvement in the Test series. He returned to the Indian team for the Edgbaston Test, playing a crucial role in India’s maiden win at the venue.
On the other hand, management is also concerned about injuries to Akash Deep and Arshdeep Singh, as they are also doubtful for the Manchester Test. Akash Deep is suffering from a groin issue and facing a race against time to be fit for the match, while Arshdeep has also suffered a cut on his elbow in the nets.

Rishabh Pant’s situation is no different as he too is nursing a finger injury suffered at Lord’s. Although he is not ruled out of the Manchester contest, he is unlikely to keep wickets. Is India ready to level series?
