The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered three separate cases in the alleged rape of a girl by the BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar.
The CBI's investigation into the matter started after the request of the Uttar Pradesh police.
An FIR was registered against the BJP MLA on Thursday on various charges under the IPC. The Case pertains to the alleged gang rape of a minor and the death of her father inpolice custody.
