Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be travelling to Hyderabad on Tuesdayto launch Hyderabad Metro Rail and attend the three-day Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES), to be organised at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre.

Along with Prime Minister, White House adviser, businesswoman and presidential daughter Ivanka Trump will also be delivering a keynote address at the event.

Ivanka Trump will be talking about women entrepreneurs and fostering global economic growth at the summit.

The aim of GES 2017 is to connect entrepreneurs with potential funders, and this year its focus is empowering women and women entrepreneurs.

The Hyderabad Metro is opening for launch tomorrow but it will start commercial operation from November 29.

Heavy security arrangements have been made in Hyderabad in order to welcome Prime Minister and Ivanka Trump.

According to a report from PTI, more than 10,000 security personnel are deployed to Hyderabad for the summit.

Apart from law and order police, personnel from Traffic Police, Central Armed Reserve, Telangana State Special Police, Intelligence Security Wing, commandos of Greyhounds anti-Naxal force, elite OCTOPUS anti-terror force, and dog squads are also being deployed in Hyderabad as part of the security arrangement.
