Veteran singer Asha Bhosle has reportedly been hospitalised in Mumbai after suffering a cardiac arrest.
Legendary playback singer Asha Bhosle, who has lent her voice to thousands of songs, has reportedly been admitted to Breach Candy Hospital after she suffered a cardiac emergency on Saturday evening. The news has sparked concern among fans.
What happened to Asha Bhosle?
According to reports, the 92-year-old singer is currently under close medical observation and is undergoing treatment in the emergency care unit. Her condition is reportedly critical, and the family of the singer has yet to issue an official statement.
According to Mid Day, Dr Pratit Samdani is treating Bhosle at the Breach Candy Hospital, Mumbai. Speaking about her condition, he said, "I can only confirm that she is admitted. I can’t give any other health update."
Further details about her health are yet to be revealed.
