According to Express (a Britishdaily), Argentine authorities reported thatPayne suffered "extremely serious injuries"following the fall from the third floor of the Casa Sur Hotel located in the Palermo district.

During his appearance on an episode of the Impaulsive podcast, he told host Logan Paul that his financial success is intended for his son's future, revealing that he has already laid out plans for Bear's inheritance, according to the media outlet.
He had said,"My life now is his, my money is his. I have actually got several companies that are up and running that I know he can run one day if he wants to.”
His relationship
Liamand Cheryl's son Bear was born in March 2017 during their two-year relationship from 2016 to 2018. He who had first encountered Cheryl as a contestant when she was a judge on the X Factor, later expressed gratitude for her as a co-parent, stating he "couldn't ask for someone better."
Reflecting on his X Factor auditions in 2008 and 2010 (the latter leading to his joining One Direction), Payne noted the unusual circumstance of having auditioned for his future partner.
