The families of the victims turned down the opportunity to offer the men amnesty, it said.
"If the family of the victim had forgiven the men it would be better, otherwise it's God's order, and should be implemented," a 35-year-old man who gave his name as Zabihullah told AFP outside the stadium.
Afghans had been invited to "attend the event" in official notices shared widely on Thursday.
A third man was executed in Zaranj in Nimroz province and the fourth was in Farah city in the western province of the same name, the Supreme Court said.

According to local prosecutor Francisco Morales, fans died after being crushed underneath a fence which collapsed during the altercation.
"What is known is that one of the fences crushed these two (people) and an investigation is underway into whether a police car was involved in the death," Morales told reporters about the incident.
The match was still supposed to kick-off until the crowd protested following which CONMEBOL, South American football governing body issued a statement on cancellation.
"CONMEBOL deeply regrets the death of two fans near the Monumental Stadium before the start of the match between Colo Colo and Fortaleza," the statement read. "We express our deepest condolences to their families and loved ones."
According to Santiago police general Alex Bahamondes an officer has been charged in the case and 'statements are being taken regarding the events.'
Meanwhile, Barbara Perez, the sister of the woman who died, alleged a police vehicle had driven over the fence after it fell on her relative.
"It drove over her and crushed her completely," Perez told reporters outside the hospital where her sister died.
"She arrived with no vital signs, she had a ticket in her hand and ID."

The prisoner exchange was mediated by the United Arab Emirates and took place in Abu Dhabi, where she was exchanged for German-Russian Arthur Petrov.

She had sent $51.80 to a non-profit organisation Razom, based in New York, in a single money transfer.
Ranzom has been sending humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
The transfer was made by Karelina on February 24, 2022, the day of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.&nbsp;
The FSB claimed that the money was being used for buying arms for the Ukrainian forces, a claim rejected by Ranzom.

The transfer was made by Karelina on February 24, 2022, the day of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The FSB claimed that the money was being used for buying arms for the Ukrainian forces, a claim rejected by Ranzom. Monash IVF, a popular fertility chain that operates across Australia, is at the centre of this horrific incident. The incident happened at its clinic in Brisbane. The woman gave birth to a baby in 2024. In February this year, the family asked to move their remaining embryos to a storage facility.&nbsp;
When the clinic checked on the embryos, they found an extra one than there should have been. "Instead of finding the expected number of embryos, an additional embryo remained in storage for the birth parents," a Monash IVF spokesperson said.

The clinic carried out an investigation and found that another patient's embryo had been transplanted in the womb of the woman who gave birth to the baby.&nbsp;
"The investigation confirmed that an embryo from a different patient had previously been incorrectly thawed and transferred to the birth parents, which resulted in the birth of a child," the spokesperson added.
<h2>Monash IVF apologises</h2>
The fertility chain said all protocols were followed while transferring the embryo and strict laboratory safety measures to safeguard the embryos were followed. It stated that the mix-up was the result of "human error".
Monash IVF has apologised to the parents for what is the first such incident in Australia. Chief executive Michael Knaap said the clinic is supporting both families involved.
"On behalf of Monash IVF, I want to say how truly sorry I am for what has happened," he said.&nbsp;
"All of us at Monash IVF are devastated, and we apologise to everyone involved."
The clinic confirmed that this is a one-off case.
"We have undertaken additional audits, and we&rsquo;re confident that this is an isolated incident."
Australian media reports suggest that the families are contemplating legal action against the clinic.&nbsp;
The matter is also being probed by independent investigators.

Trump has set a two-month deadline for negotiations with Iran on a new nuclear deal, and in case it doesn't work out, the US president could order a US military strike against Iran's nuclear facilities or support an Israeli strike. He has already asked authorities for a build-up of US military forces in the Middle East.&nbsp;
This comes ahead of Saturday's talks, which are followed by a diplomatic tussle and war of words between Tehran and Washington, with US President Donald Trump even saying that military action was "absolutely" possible if the talks fail.

Rear Admiral Ali Shamkhani's comments came after US President Trump failed to rule out military action against Iran in the event the planned talks fail to produce a deal.&nbsp;
"The continuation of external threats and Iran being in a state of military attack may lead to deterrent measures, including expulsion of inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency and cessation of cooperation," Shamkhani said on X.&nbsp;
"Transfer of enriched materials to secure locations may also be considered," he added, referring to the country's uranium enrichment.&nbsp;
In Washington, State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce warned Iran against making a misstep. "The threat of that kind of action, of course, is inconsistent with Iran's claims of a peaceful nuclear programme," she told reporters.
"Also, expelling IAEA inspectors from Iran would be an escalation and a miscalculation on Iran's part."&nbsp;

Trump administration insisted repeatedly that it's not even considering a pause on tariffs - and then - paused it for 90 days.&nbsp;
Just three hours before the announcement, Trump posted on his Truth Social account, "THIS IS A GREAT TIME TO BUY!!! DJT." After this, the stock market significantly rebounded.&nbsp;
When Trump was asked about the pause on tariffs, he said in the Oval Office, "For a period of time, I would say this morning, over the last few days I was thinking about it. I've been dealing with Scott (Bessent), with Howard (Lutnick, Secretary of Commerce) with some other people that are very professional. And I think it probably came together early this morning. Fairly early this morning."

'Biggest U-turn in history'? Here are all the wild things Trump administration did in last 2 days

The helicopter crash in the Hudson River on Thursday killed a Spanish family of five members, including three children and the pilot. Agust&iacute;n Escobar, the president of the Spanish branch of the technology company Siemens, died in the horrific crash along with his wife, Merce Camprubi Montal and their three children, aged 4, 5 and 11. Photos taken by the New York Helicopter Tour on social media show the family posing on a helipad before embarking on their trip, and one picture is from inside the chopper.
The crash happened at around 3:15 pm on Thursday. The Bell 206L-4 LongRanger IV took off from the Wall Street Heliport and circled near the Statue of Liberty. It then flew up to the Hudson River and the George Washington Bridge at about 1000 feet. It was then seen going down closer to the New Jersey side of the Hudson.

Witnesses said they saw the chopper "split into half". Another man reported hearing a loud sonic boom. The reason behind the crash is not known. A video of the incident showed the helicopter sinking into the water.

The Spanish family had reached New York only a day back from Barcelona. The National Transportation Safety Board has initiated a probe into the deadly incident.
<h2>Who was Agust&iacute;n Escobar?</h2>
Agust&iacute;n Escobar was the President and CEO of Siemens in Spain and was appointed to the position in 2022. He was also the CEO of Siemens Mobility Southwest Europe. The former head of Siemens' Spanish arm, Miguel &Aacute;ngel L&oacute;pez, called Escobar "key" to the company's success in a press release at the time.

"With Agust&iacute;n Escobar, we have the best possible successor to lead, from now on, the company in Spain. In recent years, his work has been key to Siemens' success in the field of mobility and transport," L&oacute;pez said.
He had previously served as the CEO of Siemens Mobility Spain. He also served as the vice president of the German Chamber of Commerce for Spain.
He had a degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid. Escobar's time in the corporate world was mainly centred on the energy sector. Escobar had over 25 years of international experience in the energy and transportation sectors and had worked in the United States, Latin America, and Spain.
He served as CEO of the Energy Management Division and the Infrastructure &amp; Cities Sector in Latin America from 2014 to 2018. For two years, from 2012 to 2014, he was CEO of the Infrastructure &amp; Cities Sector.

Four people were pronounced dead at the scene, and two others were taken to the hospital, where they "succumbed to their injuries," Tisch said. The identities of the victims have not been revealed as the NYPD commissioner said, "Names are being withheld at this time, pending family notification." "NYPD divers pulled four people from the crash site, and FDNY Divers recovered an additional two. Immediate lifesaving measures were undertaken on the vessels at the scene, as well as the adjoining pier," Tisch said. "Four victims were pronounced dead on scene, and two more were removed to local area hospitals, where, sadly, both succumbed to their injuries," she added. After that, it travelled along the southern part of Manhattan and circled the Statue of Liberty. It flew up the western side of Manhattan and turned around near the George Washington Bridge. When it turned south along the New Jersey shoreline, it crashed after 3:00 pm. Images shared by news agencies and on social media platforms showed the chopper's landing skids protruding from the river beside a tunnel vent. As per local media, witnesses said that a rotor blade had come loose from the aircraft. Social media footage also showed pieces of the aircraft breaking off and the helicopter plunging into the waterway. The tools used by the DHS task force are run by Customs and Border Protection&rsquo;s National Targeting Center and National Vetting Center, which ensure no potential security threats enter the US, the source explained. Any potential red flags are notified to the Citizenship and Immigration Services, which then asks the State Department to determine whether the student&rsquo;s visa should be revoked.
