What’s at stake for foreign students? The investigation focuses on those at Harvard under the J-1 visa, a category used for visiting researchers, professors and students. This comes as the Trump administration increases scrutiny of student and exchange visa applicants. The project puts a lot of emphasis on all-around ecological conservation, stays away from multiple environmentally sensitive areas, and vows to preserve the original ecosystem to the largest extent possible," he said.&nbsp;He further said that the project, once completed, will help in disaster reduction.&nbsp;"The project, once completed, will help prevent and mitigate disasters along the entire Yarlung Zangbo River, and will not adversely affect downstream regions. China is engaged in cooperation with downstream countries on sharing hydrological data, flood prevention, and disaster reduction. Each MIRV has to carry multiple nukes, which means the country needs to design and test small-yield, compact nuclear warheads, a major technological challenge. That kind of targeting accuracy is hard to achieve at high speed. Post-Boost Vehicle (PBV) carries the warheads and releases them toward different trajectories, enabling manoeuvre in space and course correction.
