UNRWA Crisis: New Zealand suspends funding to embattled UN agency in Gaza

After the US, Australia, UK, Japan & Germany; New Zealand joins the list of countries that have suspended their funding to the United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees. The UN agency, considered a lifeline for two million people in the besieged enclave has suffered funding cuts after several of its staff were accused of involvement in the October 7 Hamas attacks on Israel.
