Uganda: World's youngest monarch dies at 34

Uganda is mourning its iconic Boy King. Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, King of Tooro, who became the world's youngest reigning monarch when crowned at just 3 years old on Sept 12, 1995 after his father's death, has died aged 34.
