Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar appeared to rule out any bilateral talks with his Pakistani counterpart during his visit to Islamabad this month to attend a summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO). India announced on Friday that Jaishankar would lead the Indian delegation at the SCO Heads of Government summit in Islamabad.
