Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin revealed Thursday that he tested positive for coronavirus and will self-isolate to protect other cabinet members. Speaking at a televised meeting to President Vladimir Putin, Mishustin said "I have just learned that the test on the coronavirus I took was positive."
