Russia officially announces annexation of four provinces in Ukraine
The Kremlin says it will annex four Ukrainian regions on Friday after what Ukraine and the West say were 'sham' referendum. Russia will claim control of Donetsk and Luhansk and parts of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson. The area is a home to 4 million people and make up around 15% Ukraine's territory.
