Report: BYD intends to develop range of EVs in India

Days after reports said Tesla was in talks with Indian authorities for setting up an EV Factory yet another electric vehicle maker has shown interest to set up its business in the country. Reuters sources say that China's BYD has submitted a one billion dollar proposal to build EVs and batteries in partnership with a local company.
