Paraguay Polls: Race to victory a narrow cut for Pena
With over 96 percent of the votes counted, economist Santiago Pena of the right-wing Colorado party emerged victorious in Paraguay's presidential elections. The race to victory was close for Pena, who won with a 16-point advantage over his center-left rival Efrain Alegre.
