North Korea passes new nuclear law, nukes needed to counter hostilities from hostile forces

North Korea has passed a law - the right to use preventive nuclear strikes to prevent itself. Additionally, the law declares North Korea status as a nuclear arm state, irreversible. Reportedly, the law allows North Korea to carry out a preventive nuclear strike immediately to destroy hostile forces.
