Nord Stream leaks raise concerns; EU vows to step up its security

Sweden's coast guard has discovered a fourth gas leak in the damaged Nord Stream pipelines. The unexplained leaks are in Sweden and Denmark's exclusive economic zones. The pipelines carry gas from Russia to Europe through the Baltic Sea.
