The second day of the NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, has been jam-packed with activity. Leaders from all across the world are still deliberating on Ukraine. NATO has not yet extended an invitation to Ukraine to join the organisation because NATO wants Ukraine to complete its democratic reforms.
