Indian Parliament Session: What is expunging, how does the process work?

Expunging in Parliament is the removal of inappropriate words from official records. Even though Article 105(2) of the Indian Constitution protects. MPs from court proceedings for their words or votes in Parliament. There are words and remarks that harm the decorum of the house. And hence expunging is done to uphold the dignity of the MPs.
