Flash flooding swamps town in Western Maryland, floodwaters breach 2nd floor of school
Flooding in rural western Maryland forced the evacuation of an elementary school, as water began to breach the second floor. Homes and businesses in downtown Westernport were also inundated with floodwaters following hours of heavy rain.
