Delhi-Bengaluru-Chennai corridor planned for electrification

Amazon and Tata Motors have partnered to electrify the 2,800-kilometre Delhi–Bengaluru–Chennai freight corridor along National Highway 48 (NH48). The initiative aims to accelerate the adoption of electric trucks in India's logistics sector and support cleaner, more sustainable freight transportation.
