Cybercrime has emerged as the new geopolitical battleground. With estimates of over $10 trillion annually lost to cyber crime, governments are finding it hard to regulate the scope of technology. WION’s Aadhya Juneja spoke to Shyam Saran, former foreign affairs secretary, India, on the need for cyber security to combat digital crime.
