Andhra Pradesh CM calls for speedy construction of temples

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to speed up the construction of 5,000 temples across the state and finalise sites at the earliest. The initiative will prioritise SC/ST colonies, fishermen settlements, weaker sections’ colonies and other areas, while the government also plans to restore 1,000 ancient temples.
