However, no man has ever stepped foot on Mars's surface. Yet, as per a new estimate, our race has already littered the red planet with more than 15,000 pounds or 7,000 kilogrammes&nbsp;of trash.</p>

<p>There is 15,694 pounds (approximately 7118.6 kilogrammes) of human debris on the red planet, estimates Cagri Kilic, a postdoctoral research fellow in robotics at West Virginia University. He&nbsp;analysed the mass of all Mars rovers and orbiters before deducting the weight of those that are still in use to arrive at this estimate.</p>

<p>Scientists fear that not only is our race polluting yet another planet, even as we struggle to save ours, but that this trash could contaminate the samples being collected by NASA’s Perseverance rover and endanger the missions worth millions of dollars&nbsp;to search for signs of life on mars.</p>

<p>However, the report points out that much of the discarded parts had to be abandoned in order to preserve ships as they soar through the Red Planet's harsh atmosphere. An example of this is NASA's Perseverance, which weathered seven minutes of hell when it landed in February 2021, and also resulted in the creation of an unavoidable amount of trash.</p>

<p>Kilic claims that the majority of the robots are still in working order and that space agencies consider them as historical artefacts rather than scrap metal.</p>

<p>Dr Narayanan works at a Community Health Centre (CHC) in southern Indian state of Kerala. A medical prescription written by him has gone viral online for neat handwriting. What's more, the letters are all capital!</p>

<p>While speaking with news outlet Asianet, he said that he liked to write and his handwriting was neat since he was a child.</p>

<p>“My sister used to make me write in four-lined notebooks when I was a child. I love writing, so even when I write a prescription I try to write in block letters.” he said.</p>

<p>It is perhaps quite possible that prescriptions handwritten by Dr Narayanan are not only saving lives of the patients but also saving chemists from a trip to eye doctor.</p>

<p>In all seriousness though, his effort is laudable as while working in community health centre, one deals with grassroots of society. A clean, neatly written prescription is likely to reduce confusion and help in dispensation of correct medicines.</p>

<p>Eagle-eyed Irishman Eoin O'Fagan claims to have captured two clips of "giant eel-like shapes" moving on the surface of the loch's water.</p>

<p>Talking to Daily Record O'Fagan confirmed that he has captured "two very interesting" video clips using the newly installed cameras.</p>

<p>"The first at the Clansman webcam Loch Ness at 20.13pm on September 6, is of a water disturbance, and a long dark shape which was recorded for 4 minutes, and was the only darkened water visible in the recording of the loch in that time."</p>

<p>The second, he added, was recorded by the Shoreland Lodges Webcam at 7:35 PM on September 15.</p>

<p>The 57-year-old said he filed the two sightings to The Official Loch Ness Monster Sightings Register but there seems to be some disagreement over whether or not they will be recorded. The man has travelled to Scotland numerous times to try and trace the monster and had his first encounter in 1987.</p>

<p>The Dawn News reported that the man started to ask the crew on the PIA flight PK-283 to let him leave the premises just after the take-off. When he was denied, he started kicking the window and at one point, fell down on the floor and started praying for his safety on the aircraft.</p>

<p>The captain of the flight quickly contacted the air traffic controller of Dubai and asked for security in order to handle the man. According to ARY News, the passenger was tied to his seat for the rest of the journey as his actions resulted in panic between his co-passengers and a part of the crew.</p>

Hundreds take part in plane-pulling competition in Virginia

<p>Recently, a Canadian family went viral as it was on a world tour to create memories before three of their four children would eventually lose their eyesight.</p>

<p>Canadian parents Edith Lemay and Sebastian Pelletier first noticed that their eldest daughter Mia had vision issues when she was three years old. Mia was later diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa, a rare genetic disorder that results in a loss of eyesight over time.</p>

<p>After a few years in 2019, the couple observed similar symptoms in their two boys, Laurent, 5, and Colin, 7. However, their second son cleared all the tests.</p>

<p>The mother said that since there is no cure for the illness or to halt the spread of the disorder, they cannot do anything for it. The parents predict that children will completely lose their visions by the time they reach midlife.</p>

<p>Lemay said&nbsp;that they could do just one thing for Mia and the other kids for them to create "visual memories," as the specialist recommended. The mother further said that instead of showing her an elephant in a book, they would take the children to actually see a real elephant.</p>

<p>She and her husband quickly started planning to spend a year touring the world with their children. The couple travelled frequently before becoming parents. Lemay says that there are good things to do at home, but nothing beats travelling.</p>

<p>The six-person family had a detailed trip, including visiting China and travelling to Russia by land, which was repeatedly postponed due to Covid travel restrictions. They left for Montreal in March 2022 without any plan. They started their journey in Namibia, where they were able to see elephants, zebras, and giraffes.</p>

<p>He began climbing in 1975, training on the cliffs near his hometown of Valence in southern France. He took up solo climbing in 1977 and rapidly became a top climber.</p>

<p>Since then, he has climbed more than 150 towering structures around the world including Dubai's Burj Khalifa - the world's tallest building, the Eiffel Tower, and San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge.</p>

<p>The dinosaur, which Italian palaeontologists partially reconstructed, was found in Moffat County, Colorado in 2019 when road construction was taking place on private property. Little is known about the dinosaur's journey from the earth to the Paris auction house.</p>

<p>When members log in to Starbucks Odyssey, they will be able to engage in 'journeys'. These will be series of activities. This may include stuff like playing interactive games or deepening knowledge about coffee and Starbucks and more</p>

<p>As a reward for completing the journeys, the member will be awarded a 'journey stamp' (NFT)</p>

<p>Starbucks also said that members will be able to also purchase 'limited edition stamps' on online marketplace within an app.</p>

<p>Ownership of the stamp will be secured on blockchain.</p>

<p>Each stamp will carry points based on how rare the stamp is. These stamps would then be able to be sold and bought on online marketplace.</p>

<p>A wild kangaroo reportedly killed an elderly man in Australia who was keeping it as a pet, police said, in the first fatal kangaroo attack in 86 years.</p>

<p>The kangaroo's species was not identified but is believed to be the western grey. It can be found in Western Australia's Great Southern region. Western grey males grow up to nearly 2.2 metres (more than seven feet) and weigh about 70 kg (154 pounds).</p>

<p>A police officer stated that the unidentified man was discovered by a relative on Sunday (September 11) afternoon at his home in the southern town of Redmond, Western Australia, with severe injuries.</p>

<p>The officer said that the kangaroo is thought to have assaulted the man earlier in the day. The man passed away at the spot despite the medical crew's fast arrival. Because of the kangaroo, the ambulance personnel were unable to reach the injured man.</p>

<p>The animal was posing a continuous threat to emergency responders and had to be shot and killed, said police. The department believed that the man was keeping a wild kangaroo as a pet.</p>

<p>Another similar incident took place in Lucknow, where a retired teacher was fatally assaulted by her American Pit Bull Terrier. The woman died from her injuries in the ambulance on her route to the hospital.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"The release of this information will harm national security as it may provide adversaries valuable information regarding Department of Defense/Navy operations, vulnerabilities, and/or capabilities," Gregory Cason, deputy director of the Navy's FOIA office, wrote in a response letter. "No portions of the videos can be segregated for release."</p>

<p>The official said that the navy was able to publish the three videos it did in 2020 as media had already leaked those videos and there was a substantial conversation in the public domain.</p>
