<p>The 59-year-old Nigel Hunt was holidaying in the Isles of Scilly when a spider accidentally nipped on his stomach.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The window fitter didn't give it much attention while taking it as a mild irritation and continued with his daily business.</p>

<p>However, after a few days, he became sick and saw that the bite started growing into a giant hole.</p>

<p>He was taken to the hospital where it was revealed in the tests that he is suffering from necrotising fasciitis, which is also called as the 'flesh-eating disease'.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In this rare infection, the wound in the skin and soft tissues becomes infected with bacteria.</p>

At this point, everything seemed to deteriorate quite quickly, from being sick in the departure lounge to having my head in a sick bag for most of the journey."</p>

<p>"On arrival at Sharm El Sheikh, we collected our belongings and made our way to the pharmacy for some antibiotics or something to help with the sickness. They prescribed a couple of things and the following day we went to hospital to be prescribed the same medication," he added.</p>

<p>"The next two days started to get worse so we went to a different hospital in Hadaba where straight away I had blood tests and ultrasound scans. Then we waited a couple of hours for the doctor to check the results. He called us in saying it was a good job we had come in because the bite was from either a false widow or a brown recluse spider," the window fitter stated.</p>

<p>Hunt said that the medics had informed him if he had failed to seek medical help on time, he could have died.</p>

<p>"If I hadn't been to the hospital for a second examination within six to 10 days, I would be dead. They haven't given me an all-clear date yet as the wound is still open and I have to have it packed every couple of days," he said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Wildlife technician Matt Moore caught hold of the indigo snake in southeast Georgia. He told Fox News that after he tagged the snake, he found that it had vomited out the rat snake and rattlesnake.</p>

<p>What shocked the researchers was that the rattlesnake who was presumed dead, started writhing and moving about an hour after being thrown up by the indigo snake.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The surprises didn't stop there as the rattlesnake had a bulge on its stomach, the Department of Natural Resources said. It had supposedly feasted on a large mouse before itself becoming the bigger snake's meal.</p>

<p>The rattlesnake is perfectly fine now. However, the rat snake had died.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“This unusual episode not only reveals the indigo’s impressive hunting abilities but also the rattlesnake’s unexpected resilience,” the DNR said.</p>

<p>Named Moo Deng, which translates to “bouncy pork”, she became an instant hit after her clips went viral on TikTok. People are swooning over the cute little thing who has two siblings, Moo Tun, meaning "stewed pork", and Moo Wan, meaning "sweet pork".&nbsp;</p>

<p>People voted to choose her name after she was unveiled at the zoo on July 25.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The baby hippo has garnered popularity not only in Thailand but also in other countries. The zookeeper told The Guardian the moment Moo-Deng was born, he vowed to make her famous. &nbsp;"I never expected it would spread abroad. I thought she could be famous in Thailand but not internationally,” zookeeper Atthapon Nundee told The Guardian.</p>

Bollywood king Salman Khan's $4.9 million watch takes internet by storm

<p>Belarussian fitness freak, Illia ‘Golem’ Yefimchyk, widely known as the world’s “most monstrous bodybuilder,” died at the age of 36 reportedly due to a heart attack. Yefimchyk was admitted to a hospital on September 6, where he fell into a coma, and passed away on September 11.</p>

<p>The 36-year-old bodybuilder acquired the nickname “The Mutant” in fitness circles for his 6-foot monstrous frame and 340-pound weight.</p>

<p>Yefimchyk’s heart started beating heavily, informed his wife Anna to The New York Post, and was rushed to the hospital. While waiting for an ambulance to arrive, Anna was performing chest compressions on her husband.</p>

<p>"I spent every day with him, hoping for recovery. His heart started beating again for two days, but doctors informed me that his brain had stopped functioning," Anna shared with local media.</p>

<p>He never participated or competed in any professional bodybuilding events, but was quite popular on social media where he used to share his training routines online, garnering millions of views and followers across social media platforms.</p>

<p>Yefimchyk had impressive lifting stats, including a 600-pound bench press, 700-pound deadlift, and 700-pound squats that made him big among fitness freaks and even professional bodybuilders.</p>

<p>The woman who married herself last year has called it quits, and marriage is reportedly over.&nbsp;Suellen Carey, an influencer, model, and Mariah Carey impersonator made headlines when she tied the knot with herself in London.</p>

<p>The sacred bond lasted almost a year. UK publication, Mirror reported Carey as saying that she faced some difficulties after committing to herself.</p>

<p>“It’s crucial to know when to end a cycle,” Carey reportedly said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>She added that she couldn't be "perfect" for herself in the relationship. “Even commitment to oneself can have its challenges, such as dealing with the expectation of being perfect for yourself all the time.”</p>

<p>Marrying oneself apparently also has a name - Sologamy.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Carey didn't give up without a fight despite facing problems in the "marriage". She says she even went to couple's therapy to work out the issues in her solo marriage.</p>

<p>She is now looking for a husband, as per the story she shared on Instagram along with a Pubity post about the divorce. She wrote, "I need a new husband."</p>

<p>Carey announced on Sept. 21, 2023, that she had married herself and posted a photo in a white wedding dress.&nbsp;</p>
