<p>The book talks about the difficult logistics of both recreational and procreational sex on Mars. It states that gravity on Mars is around 38 per cent of that on Earth. This can affect the movement of sperm and how the embryos develop there. Besides, a lack of atmosphere and ozone layer means that the foetus can be affected by the harmful radiation and suffer from mutations and DNA damage.</p>

<p>Even if humans manage to birth a baby on Mars, bringing up Martian babies won't be easy and marred by ethical implications as well as practical, the book states. Besides, ensuring genetic diversity would also be difficult.<br />

<p>WWE legend and 16-time world champion John Cena has announced his official retirement. At the Money in the Bank (MITB) 2024 live event (on Jul&nbsp;7)&nbsp;in Toronto, Canada, Cena shocked everyone with a surprise return and announced his decision to retire as an in-ring competitor. Cena, 47, said 2025 will be the last year the fans can see him compete as an active WWE superstar, adding WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas will be his final Showcase of the Immortals.</p>

<p>Cena said he would compete at next year’s Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania 41, while his goal remains to make more appearances throughout the year before he calls it quits.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Although a section of fans expected this announcement once Cena emerged onto the scene in Toronto, they went into a frenzy after he made it official that he wished to step aside from the in-ring competition.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Considered by many as the greatest-ever to grace this business, the fans started chanting ‘Thank You Cena’.</p>

<p>However, outside of pursuing his career in WWE for over two decades, Cena now works as a Hollywood actor, popularly known for his roles as The Peacemaker in the 2021 <em>Suicide Squad </em>and <em>Fast X</em>.&nbsp;</p>

<h2>CM Punk and Triple H thank Cena</h2>

<p>Following the MITB live event, Cena appeared in the post-event presser, explaining his decision to retire from the in-ring competition. Though he remains excited about his final run in the WWE, Cena admits he enjoyed his time as a superstar in this industry and is grateful for all the chances he ever got.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, former WWE Champion CM Punk and the COO, Triple H, showered praise on Cena.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Punk, who cost Drew McIntyre another shot at the World Heavyweight Championship at MITB 2024, said knowing Cena will leave next year, he can be the one to pull him out of retirement.&nbsp;</p>

That, however, reminded everyone of WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, who used to walk similarly during his in-ring matches. A day after the video went viral, Flair reacted to it on his social media handle.</p>

<h2><strong>Rohit says goodbye to T20Is</strong></h2>

<p>The veteran batter Rohit Sharma announced his T20I retirement following the conclusion of the T20 World Cup Final against South Africa, which India won by seven runs. He retired as the highest run-getter (4231) in the format, with five centuries – the most by any batter in T20Is. With the win in Barbados, Rohit became the first Indian cricketer to win two T20 World Cups – 2007 in South Africa and 2024 in West Indies.</p>

<p>Alongside Rohit, two other players, including batting great Virat Kohli and star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, also announced their decisions to step aside from T20Is.&nbsp;</p>

<p>While Virat’s numbers in this format need no introduction, given how big a match-winner he’s been, Jadeja bows out as one of the finest the game has seen. The ace all-rounder had several handy outings to recall in his glorious career, with his ground fielding and rocket throws being his trump cards.</p>

<h2><strong>What’s next for Team India?</strong></h2>

<p>Following the conclusion of the 20-team-tournament in the Americas, Team India will fly to Zimbabwe for five T20Is starting July 6, with Shubman Gill named stand-in captain for the tour.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In the absence of a head coach, with Rahul Dravid departing, NCA chief VVS Laxman will fill in his place. A new head coach, yet to be named, will take over the reins from the Sri Lanka white-ball tour later in the month.</p>

<h2>Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr goes down in final</h2>

<p>Against their top rivals (Al Hilal), Al-Nassr fell shy of winning (losing by 0-2) the Riyadh Season Cup final in the capital city. Star striker Ronaldo didn’t have an outstanding return to the football field following his injury layoff.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Al Hilal fans also chanted Lionel Messi's name during the game, upsetting Ronaldo, who replied to them saying, 'I am Cristiano, not Messi.'</p>

<p>Ronaldo last appeared for Al Nassr in a 4-1 league win at Al Taawon on December 30. Post the game, he suffered an injury which kept&nbsp;him away from on-field action for over a month. His club Al-Nassr decided to&nbsp;postponed their pre-season tour of China in January due to their star player's injury.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, Al-Nassr is second on the points table in the Saudi Pro League, with Al Hilal occupying the first place after 19 matches.</p>

While this matter pre-dates our TKO executive team’s tenure at the company, we take Ms. Grant’s horrific allegations very seriously and are addressing this matter internally.”</p>

<p>As per the lawsuit, McMahon and Grant lived in the same building and the former offered a job to Grant in WWE after her parents died in 2019. Grant is seeking unspecified monetary damages in the lawsuit.</p>

<p>“Ms. Grant hopes that her lawsuit will prevent other women from being victimized,” her attorney, Ann Callis, said in a statement. “The organization is well aware of Mr. McMahon’s history of depraved behavior, and it’s time that they take responsibility for the misconduct of its leadership," Callis further said.</p>
