Acting Senate Intelligence Committee Chair Marco Rubio, R-Fla., and Virginia Sen. Mark Warner, the top Democrat on the panel, in a joint statement on Wednesday, said that Ratcliffe had reaffirmed that they will receive “briefings, including in-person, on all oversight topics".

House Intelligence Committee Chair Adam Schiff also said Ratcliffe's office confirmed the briefings on Wednesday "after extensive public criticism".

This is not the first time Trump has accused his opponent of using drugs. Earlier, towards the end of the month of August, Trump had in an interview urged the authorities to conduct a drug test, claiming that Biden may be on drugs because his debates are "boring".

"Frankly, his best performance was against Bernie. We're going to call for a drug test, by the way, because his best performance was against Bernie,” he said in the Oval office.

As part of this process, users are required to upload the details of contacts on their phone to check whether they are registered to vote. Based on data from the user’s phone, the application cross-checks voter data to ascertain whether one is set to vote this year.

According to the app, this helps “users find people you know and encourage them to get involved”. Even though a lot of this data is publicly accessible, the bug in the application enabled anyone to easily access voter information.

This was discovered by The App Analyst, a mobile expert who divulged the details of his findings on his blog.

The expert found that the app can be easily manipulated by creating a contact on one’s phone with any voter’s name. Following this, one could access all the details available on the person.

In conversation with TechCrunch, the expert claimed that the application also pulls in a lot more data than it claims to. The application reportedly saves voter’s home address, gender, date of birth, political party affiliation, and ethnicity.&nbsp;

The bug, though, has been fixed and an update was released on Friday.

“We were made aware about how our third-party app developer was providing additional fields of information from commercially available data that was not needed,” Biden campaign’s spokesperson Matt Hill told TechCrunch.&nbsp;

“We worked with our vendor quickly to fix the issue and remove the information. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our staff, volunteers and supporters will always work with our vendors to do so”, he added.

However, China, irrespective of the pressure imposed by the west, has denied all allegations and has continuously declared that the&nbsp;camps are vocational training centers needed to fight extremism.

"We have reasonable but not conclusive evidence that there is a risk of forced labour in supply chains related to cotton textiles and tomatoes coming out of Xinjiang," CBP Executive Assistant Commissioner Brenda Smith. "We will continue to work our investigations to fill in those gaps."

Although no official announcement has been made yet,&nbsp;the "Withhold Release Orders" allow the CBP to detain shipments based on suspicion of forced-labour involvement under long-standing US laws aimed at combating human trafficking, child labour and other human rights abuses.

The ban can have a negative effect on the US retail industry as China is one of the biggest cotton importer for the US as the Asian country&nbsp;produces about 20 per cent of the world's cotton and most of it comes from Xinjiang.

"Several boats did sink." According to sheriff's office spokeswoman Kristen Dark, there was no evidence of foul play. There were no injuries or medical emergencies reported at the parade on Lake Travis, located in the northwest of Austin. "Some were taking on water, some were stalled, some were capsizing, it was all types of different things," Dark said. The scenes of the boat parade went viral on social media as it showed boats flying Trump 2020 flags in choppy water, likely caused by a large number of vessels moving closely together. "There were an exceptional number of boats on the lake today," Dark said. The spokeswoman also added that authorities were still gathering data on how many boats sank and how many people were rescued.
