<p>Giving out the reason why he started off&nbsp;the shooting, the alleged gunman Mays, as per the court documents, said, “Stupid, man. Just pulled a gun out and started shooting. I shouldn’t have done that. Just being stupid."&nbsp;</p>

<p>Reports said that the altercation began when Mays engaged in a confrontation with another group of individuals who questioned why he was looking at them. Following this brief exchange of words, an aggressive confrontation unfolded at the parade site.</p>

<p>Despite being in a crowded area with many children present, Mays continued to fire his weapon. Notably, during the incident, even the innocent bystanders were also shot.</p>

<p>Thomas Enders, 46, a government worker from northern Bavaria in Germany, had a suggestion and stated, "Why not keep, 10 to 15,000 (tickets) at a reasonable price like face value, $150, $200, $250, I don’t know. For the average fan, make a lottery like they do with the German games, give the average fan a chance to attend the game. Because the fans are making the NFL, the NFL is not creating the fans. What would they do if the stadiums were empty?"</p>
