<p>According to the Jammu and Kashmir Police official, terrorists lobbed a grenade at the structure in which these labourers were living. And a massive search operation was launched by the security forces after the attack. One local Lashkar terrorist was arrested by forces. Police said he was the one who lobbed the grenade at the deceased civilians.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Two arrests have been made so far. Hybrid terrorist of proscribed terror outfit LeT Imran Bashir Ganie of Harmen Shopian who lobbed grenade arrested by Shopian police. Further investigation and raids are going on," said Vijay Kumar, ADGP, &nbsp;Kashmir Police.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A massive search operation across the Shopian district has been launched after the attack. So far, 24 civilians have been killed in 2022.</p>

<p>An email exchange between Wilkerson and fellow co-founder Andy Litinsky, who was reportedly sacked as retaliation for refusing to provide some of his shares—worth millions of dollars—to Melania Trump, is also among the evidence, according to Washington Post.</p>

<p>Speaking to the press just weeks after taking over from Boris Johnson as the PM, Liz Truss in a dramatic U-turn, announced that she will in fact hike corporation tax.</p>

<p>As she acknowledged going "further and faster" than markets had anticipated, she said at the news conference that she would now permit a major corporate tax increase starting next year and raise 18 billion pounds.</p>

After sacking her finance minister, UK PM Liz Truss declares she will hike corporation tax

<p>The Indian Space Agency has announced that it will be having a wee-hour launch for the first-ever commercial flight of the GSLV Mk3 rocket, which is India's heaviest launch vehicle. Indian Space Research Organization specified that the launch would be carried out during the wee hours of Sunday, 23rd October, at 0007 hours, or seven minutes past the midnight hour.&nbsp;</p>

<p>ISRO will be carrying out this launch, as part of a contract between NewSpace India Limited (ISRO's commercial arm) and OneWeb, the UK-based Low Earth Orbit Satellite communications company. With this launch, OneWeb will have over 70 per cent&nbsp;of its planned Gen 1 LEO Constellation in orbit. The company is working towards delivering high-speed, low-latency connectivity services around the world.&nbsp;</p>

The addition of the GSLV MK3 to this list would mean that India can make a greater impact in the international market and thereby earn revenue from launching heavier customer satellites. While India's GSLV Mk3 has flown all four Indian national missions successfully to date, this will be the first time that the rocket will be performing the paid service of ferrying customer satellites to space.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Kwarteng&nbsp;had just on Thursday declared he was "not going anywhere" despite market turbulence over the government's contentious economic policies.</p>

<p>In a statement published by the now ex-chancellor, he confirms that he was "asked to stand aside."</p>

<p>He further writes "As&nbsp;I have said many times in the past week, following the status quo was simply not an option. For too long the country has been dodged by low growth rates and high taxation - that must change if this country is to succeed."&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Audio of people screaming, yelling in panic and calls to the emergency services, police and footage of the perpetrators, including one of a smiling Ali Amrozi bin Haji Nurhasyim who was executed by a firing squad in 2008 for his role in the attack, reports the Sydney Morning Herald (SMH).</p>

<p>202 people of 21 different nationalities died in the 12 October 2002 attack in the bombings on two popular Indonesian nightclubs. Among the deceased were 88 Australian citizens.</p>

<p>Expressing its deep "disappointment", Australia said that it would formally register a complaint with Indonesia over the "devastating" footage.</p>

<p>He added that the government is ready to offer assistance to Australians who may need it following the distressing video.</p>
