<p>A lawsuit has been filed against comedian and Bollywood actor Kapil Sharma over the breach of contract for his 2015 North America tour. According to reports, Sai USA Inc has filed a case against the comedian because despite getting paid for six shows, he only performed in five.</p>

<p>According to reports, the comedian had promised to pay back the losses. Taking to their Facebook page, Sai USA shared a report on the case.</p>

<p>They captioned the post, "SAI USA INC FILES THE LAWSUIT AGAINST KAPIL SHARMA FOR Breach of contract in 2015."</p>

<p>In an interview with Times of India, Amit&nbsp;Jaitly who runs the&nbsp;New Jersey-based company, Sai USA Inc,&nbsp;said that Kapil had committed to cover&nbsp;for the loss.</p>

<p>"He did not perform and has not responded although we tried several times to get in touch with him before the court,"&nbsp;Jaitly said.&nbsp;He added that his company will "definitely be taking legal action against him".</p>

<p>Kapil keeps touring across the world with her crew. He is currently on a tour across Canada-US with Krushna Abhishek, Chandan Prabhakar, Rajiv Thakur, and Sumona Chakravarti.&nbsp;They have performed in Vancouver and Toronto so far.</p>

<p>Kapil has been sharing photos and videos on Instagram to give his fans glimpses of his tour. Recently, he shared a video where he flaunted his English speaking skills and joked that his team member didn't know the language. In the caption, he wrote, "Too much English in #toronto #canada #kslive #kslive2022 #happycanadaday ps:- watch till the end."</p>

<p>While Kapil refused to comment on the biopic, I remember one of my conversations with Kapil where he had spoken on the possibility of his story being told in a film. “Sir, <em>jab banegi toh poore shiddat se banegi</em>(it will be done with great dignity). I don’t want anything to be hidden.<em>Main vaisa aadmi nahin hoon</em>.”</p>

<p>While &nbsp;Kapil is to be played by the comedian himself all the supporting roles will feature professional actors as Kapil’s colleagues including friend-turned-foe &nbsp;Sunil Grover. The real fun would be to get Grover to play himself.</p>

<p>Kapil made a late entry at the wedding venue, which was done up in red and gold.</p>

<p>The bride stuck to the traditional for her attire, and accessorised her look with maatha patti, nath and statement earrings and a layered neckpiece.</p>

<p>Kapil sported a green sherwani, with string adding some drama to his look. His triple kalgi on the turban and sword grabbed attention, as did his bearded look.</p>

<p>The venue had ample security considering Kapil is an established name in the industry and has a huge fan following. Invitations to the wedding itself had a barcode for entry.</p>

<p>Guests were served Punjabi and Thai cuisine. The star attraction was a performance by Gurdas Maan.</p>

<p>The 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' star and Ginni wanted the wedding to be rooted in their culture which is why they chose Jalandhar for the wedding venue. Many of Kapil's co-stars and fellow comedians attended the wedding including Sumona Chakravarti and Krushna Abhishek.&nbsp;</p>

TV star Kapil Sharma marries girlfriend Ginni Chatrath in Jalandhar

<p>Wedding season has gripped the Tinseltown. After Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas' wedding, TV host, comedian and actor Kapil Sharma has announced his wedding date.&nbsp;<br />

Sharma, who went on a medical leave of sorts earlier this year, had announced that he would be tying the knot with his girlfriend Ginni Chatrath by the end of the year.&nbsp;</p>

<p>On Tuesday, Sharma took to Instagram to announce the wedding date- in a similar fashion as Deepika and Ranveer had announced their's last month.&nbsp;<br />
"With great joy in our hearts and blessings of our parents, it gives us immense pleasure to announce that Ginni and I will embark on a new journey of love, respect and togetherness on 12th of December, 2018. We would like to thank each and every one who has been a part of our wonderful sojourn and seek the best wishes and prayers of all our loved ones, lots of love," the card reads.</p>
