More trouble for Kapil Sharma; journalist files a police complaint against the comedian

On Saturday, the actor-comedian admitted that it was indeed him who had shared those posts and that his account was not hacked.

`The Kapil Sharma Show` host has also filed a complaint against his former managers Neeti Simoes and Preeti Simoes and Lalwani, accusing them of trying to extort Rs 25 lakh from him. In his complaint, he alleged Lalwani and his former managers tried to defame him on digital media after he refused to pay them the amount.

The comedian's new show 'Family Time With Kapil Sharma' made its debut on only three weeks back but reports suggest that the Sony Television has decided to pull the plug as numerous shoots have been cancelled by the comedian. Sources state that the channel is also not happy with Kapil's behaviour in the past few weeks and hence wanting to discontinue with the show.
