<p>"At one point, the clip, which was a crocodile clip, got stuck in the television as I'm crawling towards her and she's right in front of me and she's laughing hysterically," he added.</p>

<p>The clip was "so dangerous" that the camera crew devised plastic covers as protection.</p>

<p>"I had to ping it, and it would go past my face. And this time I'm crawling towards the bed. It gets stuck," he revealed. "It releases, flies over my head, hits her in the head, slashes her head. I cut her open."</p>

<p>Swank was then rushed to the hospital. "Imagine a studio, and in three seconds, everybody's gone, and I'm just sitting there in my boxer shorts and my boots and a pair of socks and I just started crying," he said.</p>

<p>"'I just scared Hilary Swank!' I almost took her eye out and I just made a fool of myself for two days and this is what I have to show for it. She's off to the hospital," he stated.&nbsp;</p>

Butler brings a fraud claim that the defendants—Nu Image, Millennium Media and Padre Nuestro Productions—never intended to pay him net profits. The film has earned around $170 million worldwide but he hasn’t seen a penny in net profits, he says.&nbsp;</p>

An audit of accounting statements has risen flags in multiple areas on the revenue side, both domestically and foreign.</p>

The producers are currently fighting with the DGA over pension payments and Gerard Butler stated that Nu Image and Millennium are deducting residuals that are never paid out.</p>

The lawsuit also accuses that a ‘comprehensive, premeditated scheme’ to allegedly hide money away and deprive Butler of net profits with word of agreements with distributors made in a fashion so that not all gross receipts have to be reported.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The film will be based on the officer’s experiences at the Defense Intelligence Agency in Afghanistan at the time of the Edward Snowden leaks.</p>

<p>Gerard Butler will play an undercover CIA operative working in the Middle East whose classified mission and covert identity are exposed. Stuck in the hostile territory, he must fight his way out of the desert alongside his translator to an extraction point while eluding the elite special forces hunting them.</p>

<p>‘Kandahar’ is being produced by Thunder Road Films’ Basil Iwanyk and Erica Lee, G-Base’s Alan Siegel and Butler, and Capstone Group’s Christian Mercuri. Rob Moran will executive produce along with Brendon Boyea and Jonathan Fuhrman.</p>
