The film will be distributed in Pakistan by renowned cinematographer and distribution strategist Nadeem Mandvivalla through his company Mandviwalla Entertainment. In foreign markets, the movie is being distributed by Pranab Kapadia of Moviegoers Entertainment and will premiere on October 13, 2022. <p>Nearly a year after Fawad Khan confirmed his presence in Marvel's new series 'Ms Marvel', the Pakistani actor made his first appearance in the fifth episode of the show on Wednesday and got a thunderous welcome online.&nbsp;<br />
Khan had a blink-and-miss appearance earlier in episode four but fans were in for a treat as the new episode that dropped on Wednesday featured mostly the back story of Kamala Khan's great grandparents Hasan and Ayesha, played by Fawad Khan and Mehwish Hayat respectively.&nbsp;<br />

While we have had many eventful days shooting for the series, the last day of the shoot was particularly action-packed. I remember the car we were supposed to shoot with didn't work, so we used my personal car instead. During the shot, Fawad really had to burn the rubber, as he had to do a u-turn on a single lane road. It was a perfect shot but now I need new tyres!" Asim Abbasi said.</p>

It is like breaking up with someone by saying &#39;I love you but not enough to marry you.&#39;</p>

<p>But can the waiting period be frustrating and the director says, &quot;it is the most disappointing part&quot;?<br />

&quot;You feel that the time seems to move in six months chunk. Suddenly you look up and the year has gone by, it seems you haven&#39;t done anything. You have been trying, waiting, they (makers) read your script, get back to you, six months have gone by and then they say &#39;no,&#39;&quot; he said.<br />

In this scenario--where a project is being delayed and people are not willing to back your vision-- Akshat says the only way to keep himself motivated was by being &quot;stubborn.&quot;</p>

Although Saif Ali Khan was the first choice for the role, the makers did approach Fawad Khan initially.

Director Akshat Verma says Saif Ali Khan was the first choice for his directorial venture Kaalakaandi but at one point the makers did approach Fawad Khan to play the same part. Akshat has revealed that when the film was with UTV, they were in talks with Fawad to play the role, which is now being played by Saif. "Fawad was supposed to be one of the actors we talked to when the project was with UTV. It was around 2013... He was going to play the role Saif plays. But ultimately everything happens for a reason and for the best. No one could have done the role better than Saif," Akshat says in an interview with PTI. Kaalakaandi chronicles the story of six characters from different worlds of Mumbai in a span of 12 hours and how the lives of complete strangers intersect. Interestingly, Akshat says his "instinct for Saif was right" as he had written the film initially keeping him in mind. "When I first messaged Saif, I didn't get a reply from him. When I finally met him, it was almost two years to the date I had texted him, and I still have the message saved. "This time, he had read the script because Ashi (Dua, one of the producers) had sent it to him. He said 'ok we are on' in five minutes. So the time period was, on one hand two years and on the other, just five minutes to get Saif," he adds. <p>Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader Raj Thackeray has been dead against Pakistani artistes acting in Indian movies following a deadly attack on an Indian Army installation in Kashmir on September 18.</p>

<p>Thackeray, who is a hardline nationalist leader, has threatened to derail release of any movie involving an actor from Pakistan.</p>

<p>During the meeting with Thackeray, Shah Rukh Khan vowed to not work with any Pakistani actors in the future, according to Indian media reports.</p>

<p>Khan also confirmed news that his co-star Mahira Khan would not come to Mumbai to promote the movie.</p>

Indian actor Shah Rukh Khan 'will not work with Pakistani artistes in future'

<p>Popular Pakistani actor Fawad Khan has spoken out for the first time about the increasing tension between India and Pakistan in the aftermath of the Uri attacks and the subsequent surgical strikes by India.</p>

<p>In a Facebook post on Friday, the 34-year-old wrote that as a father of two children, he wished for a more peaceful world. &nbsp;</p>

<p>&quot;As a father of two little children, I pray and wish like many others that together we can build and live in a more peaceful world. I believe we owe it to our children who will shape our tomorrow,&quot; stated the actor, whose Bollywood film &quot;Ae Dil Hai Mushkil&quot; releases in India on October 28. He does a cameo in the film.</p>

<p>He concluded by saying: I thank all my fans and fellow artists from Pakistan, India and people in general all over the world who have shown continued support for their belief in love and understanding to unite a divisive world.<br />
