<p>Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda has allegedly made false promises to work with a scriptwriter, Priya Sharma, and took scripts and songs written by her in the last 15 years.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In a legal notice sent to the actor, Sharma said that Hooda and his colleagues kept postponing the work and when she asked for them to return the scripts, they have been threatening her.</p>

<p>She has reportedly sent a legal notice to Randeep and others through her lawyer seeking compensation of Rs 10 crore.</p>

Sharma &nbsp;has complained to the Range Commissioner of Haryana's Director General of Police, Faridabad, through email and has also demanded a public apology from the accused.</p>

According to reports, she&nbsp;had sent about 1,200 songs and 40 stories to Randeep Hooda, Asha Hooda, Mandeep Hooda, Ajli Hooda, Panchali Choudhary (Randeep’s manager) and Renuka Pillai &nbsp;(makeup artist) on email and WhatsApp.</p>

Her advocate has reportedly stated that she has demanded a compensation of 10 crore for the harassment she has allegedly faced in the last eight years.&nbsp;</p>

<p>DK Thakur, Lucknow Police Commissioner, confirmed the same in a statement, “A cheating case was filed against the managing director and director of IOSIS wellness centre by a person from Lucknow for cheating in a franchisee deal. It was found that Shilpa Shetty is the chairperson of the company so we have now served a notice, which was handed over personally at her residence and she has been asked to explain her side of the story in the case.”</p>

<p>However, Shilpa Shetty’s business partner, Kiran Bawa, has posted on social media that the actress and her mother—Sunanda Shetty—are no longer a part of her wellness spa and that she’s the former chairman of the company.</p>

Bawa wrote, “l am addressing this post as a responsible person, being the chairperson of IOSIS Spa &amp; Wellness Private Limited and therefore request people to please verify and confirm facts before posting and sharing it on social media or such other platforms. <p>On Tuesday, in a court plea, Indian rapper and music producer Yo Yo Honey Singh's wife—Shalini Talwar—has accused him of having regular casual sex with multiple women while he was travelling, and never disclosing to the public that he was married to her, to further his sexual intents and illicit relationships.</p>

Talwar filed a case of domestic violence against the artist, whose real name is Hirdesh Singh, at the Tis Hazari court in New Delhi. She has also sought ₹10 crore in compensation.</p>

In it, Singh wrote, “I am deeply pained and distressed by the false and malicious allegations levied against we and my family by any companion/wife of 20 years, Mrs. Shalini Talwar. The allegations are severely odious. I have never issued a public statement or press note in the past despite being subjected to harsh criticism for my lyrics, speculation on my health, &amp; negative media coverage in general. However, I see no merit in maintaining a studied silence this time because some of the allegations have been directed at my family — my old parents and younger sister — who have stood by me during some very difficult and trying times and comprise my world. The allegations are cynical and defaming in nature.”</p>

“I have been associated with the industry for over 15 years and worked with artists and musicians across the country. Amid the ongoing controversy pertaining to casting actors from Northeast India for roles from that part of the region—for the sake of authenticity—filmmaker Omung Kumar has now defended casting Priyanka for the job.</p>

In doing so, Kumar reportedly cited examples of other actors taking on similar roles (that did not abide by the authenticity rules) and claimed that he has 'promoted Manipur the way no one else has'.</p>

We did look at a lot of Northeastern actors for the parts played by Priyanka and Darshan Kumaar too but no one suited the role. People think Darshan, who hails from Haryana, was from Manipur (laughs). So, if they suit the part, an actor can play any role. Amitabh Bachchan played Anthony Gonsalves without being Christian. If there is a South Indian character in the film, there’s no hard and fast rule that states we have to cast a South Indian actor only in the role,” Kumar reportedly told an Indian daily.</p>

Travel Union is an initiative by Sonu Sood that has set out to democratize travel services by providing a platform to Travel Union members (travel agents) towards serving the travel needs of rural customers at every district, block and gram panchayat level. At the event launch, Sonu Sood reportedly said, “During the lockdowns, I had first-hand experience of the challenges that rural Indians face when it comes to travel as well as the struggles of small business owners… While I have already taken steps to offer employment opportunities to Indian youth, Travel Union furthers my dream of bringing self-employment opportunities to the hinterlands of India, so the rural youth can develop their local economies without having to migrate to urban cities. With Travel Union we are taking yet another big step towards enabling self-reliance among the rural population in India and building a truly digital Bharat.” Travel Union is presently available in English and Hindi. It is soon-to-be launched in 11 more Indian languages.

When I called him he said that Ankur Tiwari is a singer/songwriter and music supervisor for the movie <a href="https://www.wionews.com/entertainment/gully-boy-review-ranveer-singh-alia-bhatts-film-has-multiple-heroes-197285">'Gully Boy'</a>. Had suggested my name for this project. I was very excited. I'm a huge fan of Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra and Farhan Akhtar. I grew up watching their films. This was a dream project for me. I immediately said 'yes'. &nbsp;</p>

<strong>WION: Your journey has been a fascinating one—from a chawl in Dadar to sharing the writing credits for ‘Apna Time Ayega’—how did you know that lyric poetry was your true calling in life?</strong></p>

Coming from a chawl in Mumbai, I was exposed to all types of music in different languages. This made me feel like I have something I like . So I tried writing some rhymes and some poem as a teenager. Later, when I was introduced to hip-hop. I saw that rapping is for someone like me. I enjoyed my discovery of rap and hip-hop.</p>

<strong>WION: You are signed with DIVINE’s independent record and have worked with him a few times. What is the biggest lesson—both as a person and rapper—that you have been handed down by him?</strong></p>

<strong>WION: A number of people have made the transition from Mumbai’s underground scene to mainstream Bollywood. Does that ever scare you that your talent may get lost in the crowd?</strong></p>

<strong>D’Evil:</strong> If I'm scared of that, I cannot be a rapper. This fear and pressure is what makes me perform my best. And I want more competition because I love to prove myself again and again. People forget.</p>

<strong>WION: Although your track was fabulous, ‘Toofan’ didn’t do well in terms of reception. What do you say to that?</strong></p>

<p>In a court plea, Indian rapper and music producer Yo Yo Honey Singh's wife has&nbsp;accused him of having regular casual sex with multiple women while he was travelling, and never disclosing to the public that he was married to her, to further his sexual intents and illicit relationships.</p>

<p>On Tuesday, Shalini Talwar filed a case of domestic violence against the artist whose real name is Hirdesh Singh,&nbsp;at the Tis Hazari court in New Delhi.&nbsp;</p>

The plea, filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, alleged that Singh had become “extremely arrogant, abusive, harsh and uncaring” to the woman following their marriage in 2011.</p>

In her 118-page complaint, Talwar has accused Honey Singh of engaging in extra-marital sex with multiple women. She has also provided details of the physical, verbal and emotional abuse that she had allegedly been subjected to by the rapper and his family.</p>

<p>Shalini Talwar, in her complaint, accused the Indian rapper of locking her up for over 18 hours without&nbsp; food and forced her to quit her job. "The respondent (Singh) broke the applicant as an individual, mentally and emotionally. The applicant, due to the continuous cruelty imposed on her, almost started identifying herself as a farm animal, shepherded from here to there while being treated cruelly," read the plea.</p>

<p>The complaint states that he “began having frequent casual sex with multiple women” while he was travelling and “to further his sexual intents and illicit relationships, never disclosed to the public ... that he was married”.&nbsp;</p>

The complainant accused&nbsp;Yo Yo Honey Singh of trying to conceal his proclivities from the time they got married at a Delhi Gurudwara back in 2011.&nbsp;</p>

<p>She also accused him of engaging in substance abuse and having an affair with a Punjabi movie actress.</p>

<p>Taking cognizance of the complaint, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Tania Singh, issued a notice to Honey Singh to appear before her on August 28.&nbsp;</p>

The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate also passed interim orders restraining the rapper from disposing of the property he jointly owned with his wife as well as her ‘stridhan’ (dowry).</p>

In a court plea, Indian rapper and music producer Yo Yo Honey Singh's wife has accused him of having regular casual sex with multiple women while he was travelling, and never disclosing to the public that he was married to her, to further his sexual intents and illicit relationships. On Tuesday, Shalini Talwar filed a case of domestic violence against the artist whose real name is Hirdesh Singh, at the Tis Hazari court in New Delhi. The plea, filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, alleged that Singh had become “extremely arrogant, abusive, harsh and uncaring” to the woman following their marriage in 2011. In her 118-page complaint, Talwar has accused Honey Singh of engaging in extra-marital sex with multiple women. She has also provided details of the physical, verbal and emotional abuse that she had allegedly been subjected to by the rapper and his family. Shalini Talwar, in her complaint, accused the Indian rapper of locking her up for over 18 hours without food and forced her to quit her job. "The respondent (Singh) broke the applicant as an individual, mentally and emotionally. The applicant, due to the continuous cruelty imposed on her, almost started identifying herself as a farm animal, shepherded from here to there while being treated cruelly," read the plea. The complaint states that he “began having frequent casual sex with multiple women” while he was travelling and “to further his sexual intents and illicit relationships, never disclosed to the public ... that he was married”. The complainant accused Yo Yo Honey Singh of trying to conceal his proclivities from the time they got married at a Delhi Gurudwara back in 2011. She also accused him of engaging in substance abuse and having an affair with a Punjabi movie actress. Taking cognizance of the complaint, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Tania Singh, issued a notice to Honey Singh to appear before her on August 28. The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate also passed interim orders restraining the rapper from disposing of the property he jointly owned with his wife as well as her ‘stridhan’ (dowry). The Punjabi rapper is known for his work in Bollywood films like ‘Chennai Express’ and ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’.
