In what appeared like a scene straight from a Bollywood flick, a groom chased a tempo driver after the latter snatched a note from his garland of currency notes and drove away.
The groom, identified as Dev Kumar, was going home after getting married in Meerut city in the north Indian state of Uttar Pradesh when a pickup driver snitched a note from his garland of currency notes.
The driver had not imagined what would follow next.
The groom decided to leave his wedding ceremony and chase the driver who was speeding away.
The groom asked a motorist to give him a lift to chase the pickup driver on the busy road.
