Domestic budget carrier IndoGo got a couple of aircraft withdrawn for rectification earlier today. An A320 (non neo) aircraft operating between Cochin and Mumbai and another A320 (non neo) aircraft bound for Goa from Mumbai, had technical snag detected during departure.
The aircraft were immediately withdrawn and were rectified and put back into operation.

Five technical snags were detected out of over 2000 flights in the past 48 hours. One aircraft has been grounded, rest four were put back for operation.
Earlier yesterday, two Indigo aircraft were grounded after pilots reported glitches. IndiGo's A320neo aircraft was grounded yesterday in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. According to reports, the aircraft was reported of a hydraulic leak from its engine.

The incident occurred within a week of the national aviation watchdog cracking its whip on airlines over stringent safety and security measures.
The private airline was earlier slapped with a notice by the national aviation regulator Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
DGCA grounded eight of IndiGo's A320Neo planes with faulty Pratt & Whitney engines.
