Taapsee Pannu thinks Urvashi Rautela needs a stylist, Kangana & Rangoli love her a lot

She does not mince words and she knows it. We are talking about actress Taapsee Pannu who has been making waves in the Hindi film industry with her films, delivering one hit after another. 

Recently riding the high wave with the success of ‘Saand Ki Aankh’, Taapsee opened up about a lot of things to Neha Dhupia on her radio show, No Filter Neha. She spoke about her ongoing social media tussles with Kangana Ranaut and sister Rangoli, who needs a stylist in the industry and Anil Kapoor’s son Harsh Vardhan who wouldn’t have been able to get past one film if not for his surname.  

When asked about one newcomer who would have not gone ahead in career if they didn't have successful parents, she named Anil Kapoor’s son Harsh Vardhan Kapoor, brother of Sonam Kapoor. He made his debut with flop film, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s ‘Mirzya’ in 2016. He then starred in ‘Bhavesh Joshi Superhero’ two years later and is now working on the Abhinav Bindra biopic in which he plays the central role.

Taapsee said, “Whatever I have seen of him till now, I think it would have been pretty difficult to get a second film after a not so appreciated debut. If I would have been in his position, I wouldn’t have got a second film.”

She was then asked who she felt needed a stylist in the industry and Taapsee told Neha that it had to be Urvashi Rautela. The actress said, “I think she has got a great body, I would love to see better clothes and not just the kind that shows only the body.” 

Urvashi will now be seen in Anees Bazmee’s multi-starrer comedy, ‘Pagalpanti’ with Arshad Warsi that releases today. 

Taapsee also spoke of Vicky Kaushal and Jacqueline Fernandez as “worst co-stars” and then explained, “She (Jacky) has so freaking hot body because I was struggling to match up to her in Judwaa 2. I was just like I just hope that I don’t put myself to shame,” and added, “I am always so conscious that I should not lose out to him (Vicky) in a scene because he is just so good.”

She also set the record straight of her feud with Kangana Ranaut and sister Rangoli. She said, â€œBoth of them really love me and that’s because they give me so much time and attention from their lives. I, honestly and unfortunately, I don’t feel the same so I don’t give it back in terms of my time and attention to them. It doesn’t matter to me in my life and my scheme of things. I don’t want to waste my time on someone who doesn’t matter to me.”

She added, “Apparently, I do matter and this is why I get so much love and attention all the time. It is so futile because you cannot instigate me just like that. If you really want to instigate me and say things, this is not the way.”
