A piece of reality TV history is back on the market as one of Kim Kardashian’s former Los Angeles homes has been listed for sale. The luxurious Beverly Hills property, which the SKIMS founder owned from 2010 to 2013, is now available for $5.1 million.
The Tuscan-style home gained fame as the backdrop for several episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Fans of the show might remember it as the place where NBA player Kris Humphries proposed to Kardashian in 2011. The couple's whirlwind romance, which included a lavish wedding and a marriage that lasted just 72 days, played out during this time.
Kardashian listed the home in 2013, the same year she finalised her divorce from Humphries and moved in with Kanye West, whom she married in 2014.
The property, now listed by Brent Watson and Marco Salari of The Beverly Hills Estates, offers 3,878 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. "It’s a super private, stunning property," the agents told People, calling it "a truly special offering and undeniable value in Beverly Hills."

Inside, the home welcomes residents with a grand two-story entrance foyer that leads to the living and dining rooms, both featuring fireplaces and French doors that open to the patio.
The kitchen is designed with a large centre island and a window wall that connects to the outdoor dining area. A two-way fireplace separates the kitchen from an additional lounge space.
The primary bedroom includes a cosy fireplace, a seating area, and two walk-in closets. The attached bathroom is equally luxurious as it features a large tub, dual sinks and a standing shower with a bench.
Outside, the home is equally impressive. The pool is accompanied by an outdoor kitchen, a seating area with a fireplace, and a gazebo outfitted with a TV, fire pit and an outdoor bathroom.
