New Delhi, Delhi, India

It was a big night for Oscar favourites ‘Roma’ and ‘The Favourite’ that picked up big awards at BAFTA. The British Academy Film and Television Awards took place in London.

While ‘Roma’ took best picture and best director, ‘The Favourite’ grabbed more. It recorded 7 wins out of 12 nominations. Among the prizes, ‘The Favourite’ took best actress for Olivia Colman, best supporting actress for Rachel Weisz and also was named Outstanding British Film. 

Rami Malek took home best actor for ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’.
