A surprising video created by two women booking a camel ride on Uber for their rescue after getting stuck in a desert in Dubai has gone viral.

After the woman's vehicle broke down, they found themselves stranded in the arid desert.

However, when one of them checked her Uber app, she found the bizarre camel ride option and even before they could understand how real it was, a man came with a camel and introduced himself as an "Uber Camel driver."

When one of the women asked the man about himself, the latter said, "I drive Uber Camel. I help people who get lost." The video was purportedly made at Al Badayer on Dubai-Hatta Road.

The video soon gained traction on social media, leaving some of the users stunned while others alleged that the video was "fake" and "staged".

"Only in Dubai can you order a camel like it's no big deal," wrote a user.
