'Tim, you've got to start doing it over here,' and you really have. You really put a big investment in our country. We appreciate it very much, Tim Apple,' Trump said.
US President Donald Trump on Wednesday referred to the tech giant Apple's CEO as ''Tim Apple'' instead of Tim Cook.
Trump was addressing the inaugural meeting of the American Workforce Policy Advisory Board at the White House when he misspelt the name.
"I used to say, 'Tim, you've got to start doing it over here,' and you really have. You really put a big investment in our country. We appreciate it very much, Tim Apple," Trump said while he was sitting right next to the Apple CEO.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time Trump has goofed-up someone's last name with the name of the company they were associated with.
Last year, he referred to aerospace and defense giant Lockheed Martin's CEO Marillyn Hewson as "Marillyn Lockheed."
