Famous NBA star Dennis Rodman might be joining Kim Jong Un and Donald Trump in Singaporeduring the summit media reports said.

The basketball star and the first American to met Trump and Kim both will reportedly arrive in Singapore a day before the summit. A report by New York daily has said citing sources that he may play a role in the negotiations.

After several reports of the summit being called off and on, the first ever face to face meeting between the Donald Trump and Kim Jong un will take place on June 12 in Singapore.

The Southeast Asian city is all set to host the historic summit. Earlier in the day, it was reported that the Singapore airspace will be restricted during the planned summit.

Travellers were also advised to expect delays for flights arriving at and departing from Singapore during this period, Singapore's Defense Ministry and Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore said.

Meanwhile, top UN rights expert Tomas Ojea Quintana called North Korea to begin freeing prisoners under a "general amnesty" ahead of next week's historic nuclear summit.
