Melania Trump stands next to her husband as he accepts Republican nomination

Melania Trump made her first appearance at the Republican National Convention this year, rocking the event in red. She joined Trump on stage as he formally accepted the Republican nomination for president, and the two shared a kiss. She entered the event to loud applause just before UFC CEO Dana White introduced the president before his address. Melania went on to greet Trump's running mate Senator JD Vance and his wife Usha. She sat with them as Trump gave his first speech since the assassination attempt at a campaign rally.
The 54-year-old wore a red skirt suit as she stood next to Trump while he signed the papers accepting the GOP nomination against President Joe Biden. Melania hasn't been actively participating in her husband's political campaign and has preferred to stay away from all the action. However, Eric Trump confirmed to CBS News on Wednesday that she and his sister Ivanka Trump will be at the RNC on the last day.
“They’re coming in, and they’re coming in full force and effect, so they’ll certainly be here," he said.
"Ivanka has been an incredible supporter of my father,” he continued. Praising the entire family for sticking together, Eric said, “There’s no family in political history that has remained closer.”
Notably,Ivanka served as a senior advisor during the Trump administration from 2017 to 2021.

Trump's family comes out in full force
The last day of the Republican Convention saw Trump's family come out strongly to support him. While a day earlier, Donald Trump Jr's 17-year-old daughter Kai Trump spoke about how Trump is "just a normal grandpa", Thursday turned out to be an even bigger day. His middle son Eric Trump joined him along with his wife Lara and children, four-year-old Carolina and six-year-old Luke. His daughter Ivanka Trump was also present with her husband Jared Kushner, as was Tiffany Trump and her husband.
Following the shooting in Pennsylvania, the presence of his family members with him at a crucial juncture of his presidential campaign portrays Trump as a family man, an image that might appeal to the people of America. Trump has promised an "incredible win" in the November elections and believes "God was on his side", as he emerged from the tragic shooting safe.
