A strange house is up for sale in the UK. The two-bedroom house with a terrace located in Chesterfield has no main door. It has been listed on the real estate website Rightmove and is stumping buyers.
How would one get into a house with no door? Well, there is no way to enter it from the street. But, there is a back door off the kitchen which seems to be the only way into the house.
Doesn't seem like much of a problem yet, right? Actually, the even bigger issue is the absence of a street or a lane at the back. You can't directly enter the back door from a street since it is located in a closed spot.
Accessing the back door is quite a task. To reach the kitchen door, a person would need to turn off the main road and then drive down a back road that is pretty deserted. Since the car cannot go all the way up to the house, it needs to be parked much before.
Get down and then walk through several lanes, twisting and turning your way out. A neighbour’s garden will also fall en route to the house which you'll have to cross before finally reaching the back gate.

Domain.com, a real estate website, that shared details about the house, described it as a "cosy home", that if located in Sydney, "would have locals forking out millions."
The house has a living room, a wood-burning stove and a modern kitchen with plenty of storage space. There are two bedrooms, a built-in storage, a large garden and an outdoor shed. It has been listed for just $194,516.
People are confused to see a house with no main door and it is attracting a lot of attention. Joking about the absence of a main door, some readers commented that the house faces no problem of answering to unwanted knocks from traders and callers.
A Reddit user commented how hard it would be to give directions to people delivering parcels. “It would be a full-time job trying to explain to delivery drivers how to find the place,” they said.
