Volvo trucks has signed a letter of intent to sell 1000 electric trucks to Swiss building solutions provider Holcim for delivery in the next seven years. Now its considered a game-changing move for the transportation industry. Volvo trucks has a historic deal as this groundbreaking collaboration aims to revolutionise the way goods are transported by introducing a fleet of about a thousand electronic trucks on to the roads.
