As the US‑Israel military campaign against Iran expands, a second Iranian naval vessel the IRINS Bushehr has been allowed to dock at Sri Lanka’s Trincomalee port for humanitarian reasons after reporting mechanical trouble, following the sinking of another Iranian warship by a U.S. submarine off Sri Lanka’s southern coast.
